  6. Interpretation of the financial statement using 10 powerful tools
  7. Approval by management; various committees, chief executives, Board of Directors.
  8. Accounts Committee, Federal Ministry of Finance etc.
  9. Approval by shareholders: Annual general meetings-uses and processes
  10. Approval by regulators: CBN, NDIC, insurance companies various government ministries and agencies, the stock exchange, the securities and exchange commission etc
