FOCUS OF THE WORKSHOP:
As managers of other disciplines go up the ladder, they will inevitably have to do more with man management other than their specialized technical area. In most cases, such managers have not been formally trained in Human resource management yet they are expected to manage human resource at their disposal to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
