What is MIS?

MIS is an information system that provides management with accurate data that assist management in its decision and policy-making processes.  This in turn enhances the quality of management decisions and put the policy makers on top of every situation. In effect, MIS is an unavoidable management tool.  It is useful because:

1. It provides information for forward planning, a process that keeps the company out of     trouble and reduces the effect of unforeseen circumstances.

Our Services

Our services are in two parts:

1. Using your source documents, we prepare your financial accounts on monthly basis with     tested computer accounting package.

2. We analyse the monthly reports, interpret the reports in the simplest way and give you     advise on possible way forward if necessary.

Our Procedure

Upon your request for our services, we shall collect all documents and information necessary to set up your company within our system.

Within the first week of every month, we shall collect the source documents generated by your company for accounting purpose. The required documents will include payment vouchers, receipts, sale invoices, purchase invoices, purchase orders (if any) and bank statements (for reconciliation purpose).

We shall process your transaction data and produce all reports including Trial balance, Profit & Loss statement, Balance Sheet, Inventory report, Debtors and Creditors analysis and statement of Accounts et cetera. We shall also reconcile your bank accounts.
We shall then analyse your performance and give you advice on further improvement.

Our Fee

Our fee is minimal and affordable. It is definitely lower than the cost of hiring the quality of staff that will provide the services we want to render. Our fee will depend on the volume of your transactions and the sophistication of your business. We will negotiate the fee when you invite us for further discussion.
