About Francis Consulting
Francis, founder of SafeBites, knows firsthand how daunting dining out can be when you live with a serious food allergy. Diagnosed with celiac disease in 2001, he’s endured gut-wrenching reactions to accidental gluten exposure—symptoms that feel every bit like severe food poisoning. Yet his love of travel and new flavors has only grown stronger (Korea proved especially challenging).
Francis launched his consultancy in 2022, initially partnering with manufacturing companies to elevate their digital presence. Drawing on that foundation, he’s now expanding into the world he knows best: allergy-friendly restaurants.
